
Diamond Connection® Solutions makes use of computer software to help your fleet better manage parts inventories and vehicles. Every night, your International® or IC® dealer software automatically connects to your system to generate a parts order with customer approval. The parts needed are then replenished by your International dealer on a daily basis, if necessary. You just use the parts on day one and, without any extra work, the needed replacement parts show up on day two. Using bar code labeling, the system tracks all parts activity, into and out of inventory. Diamond Connection Solutions will track any part or commodity from any supplier. The system also maintains records of both parts and labor charge-outs to vehicles. Diamond Connection Solutions generates a rich history of data, which you can use to manage parts warranties, track cores, schedule preventative maintenance, and improve shop efficiency. The system also provides parts reorder recommendations needed to maintain a specified minimal supply. This reduces or eliminates “stock-outs,” as well as overstock.
